Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

Who we are

This policy is issued by Angus OG Wear LLC, doing business as DockingWare, operating in the State of California, United States.

What we collect

This site collects only what you submit through the early-access form: your name, work email, company, monthly order volume, and an optional message.

We do not require an account, and there is nothing to sign up for on this site.

If you use the DockingWare platform, we also process the operational data described below.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your inquiry and to have a conversation about early access. That is the only purpose.

Submissions are delivered to us by our form provider and stored in our email and CRM records.

Operational data

You own the operational data you put into the platform: catalog, inventory, orders, customers, and related records. We process that data only to run the service for you, and we claim no rights over it beyond what is needed to operate, support, and secure the platform.

Connected services

When you connect a sales channel, accounting system, or carrier, we store the credentials needed to keep that connection running. Those credentials are encrypted at rest and are never displayed back to you or to our staff in readable form. Data received from a connected service is treated as your operational data.

Subprocessors

We use the following subprocessors to host and operate the service: Railway (application hosting), Vercel (this website), Cloudflare R2 (object storage), and Sentry (error monitoring). They process data only to provide those functions to us.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

This site carries no advertising trackers and no third-party marketing pixels.

Analytics

If and when we add privacy-respecting analytics, this section will name the tool and what it measures. Until then, this site runs no analytics.

Retention and deletion

We retain your operational data for as long as your account is active. On termination we will delete or return it on request. Early-access form submissions are kept in our email and CRM records until you ask us to delete them.

Data requests

Email hello@dockingware.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action the request within a reasonable period.

Your rights

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You may exercise access and deletion rights at hello@dockingware.com.
