v2.6.0 — The packing bench buys its own labels

  • C1: Parcel labels at the existing DTC ship gate — rates, buy, void and re-buy, label document, tracking stamped automatically onto the sales order and the channel. EasyPost is the first ParcelCarrierAdapter (platform account today, per-tenant BYOCA designed). Carrier cost and billed amount are stored separately with per-tenant markup — the foundation Ola BILL needs (#88)
  • Every named gap ships with its resolution path: parcel dims/weight inline at the bench, ship-to completion on the order (never on the customer master), company ship-from phone. A carrier outage degrades to manual carrier + tracking capture — the floor is never blocked
  • C1-UX-02: in-progress packing work is visible again — the station console queue now lists this station’s active PACK work alongside pending picks (#91)
  • CH-360-HF1: the stale failability test that pinned no RBAC flag is fixed; the permission matrix stands (#90)

Three product bugs were caught by this sprint’s own scenarios, two of them older than the sprint: sales orders never stored carrier/tracking, voiding a label left the packer with no way back to buy, and packing work in progress was invisible on every screen.

Rollback: re-deploy v2.5.1 (migrations in range are additive — safe). Note: live EasyPost purchase pending their account security verification; the manual capture path is unaffected.
